Formulation of regulations of the association:
A- Regulations required by the association have been prepared at request of the association"s Board of Directors by committees, and specialized working groups or other competent experts and consultants and are given to Board of Directors to be investigated and approved. These regulations include:
1- Terms of membership in the association which are drawn up by compliance with chapter 3 of this Articles of Association:
2- Regulations of settling conflicts of the association"s members with each other or the concerned persons.
3- Regulations for hearing violations of the association"s members and determination of type of the violators" punishments
4- Regulations for supervising on function of the association"s members
5- Vocational and disciplinary terms and standards
6- Regulations of vocational ethics for the association"s members
7- Regulations of activity of the committees and specialized working groups
8- Regulations for the way in which the association settles in case of dissolution of the association.
9- Administrative, employment, financial and transactional regulations of the association
Regulations included in paragraphs 1 and 2 should be approved by Saba. Other regulations enacted by the association will not be executed in case that they are contradictory with law or regulations at Saba"s discernment. Disputes Settlement Board is formed in order to hear, to make comment and to settle conflicts in vocational conflict files of the members and other persons resulting from their activity and vocational violations of the association"s members and to complain against them or other issues which are transferred from Board of Directors to the said board.
