Objectives
Areas of activity of Iranian Association of Investment Institutions
1-area of extra organizational relations
A- Improvement and expansion of members" relationship with each other and with Saba, stock markets and markets, stock exchange central deposit companies and other institutions active in stock exchange market and provision of suitable opportunity for facilitating investment in stock exchange market.
B- Exchange of ideas and collaboration with legislators and deciding authorities and participation in formulation of laws and regulations in order to expand efficient of stock exchange market and to preserve benefits of the investors.
C- Cooperation with international similar associations, institutions and foundations as well as international educational and research financial institutions in order to develop presence of stock exchange market of the country in global financial community and to be potentially member of them.
D- Survey of changes and function of stock exchange by aiming at helping the supervisory authority supervise and regulate efficient and just stock exchange.

2- Area of intra organizational relations
A- Promotion of credit and reputation of members in the society through promotion of standards of vacationalethics and encouragement of members to comply with regulations and laws.
B- Preparation of necessary programs in order to require members of association to comply with regulations and laws, establishment of internal control systems , respect for vocational ethics and emphasis on presentation of transparent and just reports to stock exchange.
C- Conciliation of conflicts among the members and other concerned persons resulting from their vocational ethics in stock exchange and intermediacy for settling potential conflicts among members of the association in execution of Art. 36 of Stock Exchange Law.
D- Enactment of and supervision on execution of principles and fundamentals of vocational and disciplinary ethics in the framework of laws and regulations and its institutionalization and promotion among the members
3- Public area
A- Promotion of public awareness of necessity of collective participation in stock exchange and making effort to expand investment culture and financial knowledge among Iranian families.
4- Educational and research area
A- Presentation of information, analytic reports in the area of activity of member associations for performance of applied researches
B- Promotion and expansion of vocational knowledge of managers and member staff through expansion and improvement of vocational educations, expansion of relationships with internal and foreign educational and research institutes , performance of researches and publication of specialized magazines.
C- Study and research on attitudes, problems and barriers of business among the members in stock exchange and their refection to the authorities and presentation of some suggestions for removing these problems and barriers .

5- Common area
A- Holding sessions, conferences, sites and educational courses for exchange of information and increasing knowledge of managers and member staff in order to expand stock exchange of the country.
B- Forming working groups and specialized committees in the association such as legal, educational and consulting committees and working groups in order to provide effective and efficient services to the members.
